Our Philosophy
At Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre
Our main goal is to support your child’s holistic development. Our team of passionate and dedicated professionals support each child to develop at their own pace by being responsive to their individual needs, strengths and challenges; leading to an increase in their confidence and positive self image – crucial for them to flourish.
We know that participation and constructive feedback is key to progress and so actively encourage all children, staff and parents to be involved in the program and centre as much as possible.
Educators
Our Room Leaders are diploma qualified educators and our Room Assistants hold or are working towards certificate III in Children’s Services.
Your child’s safety, health and wellbeing is our top priority. Beyond our educators’ academic qualifications, at Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, all of our staff undergo scrutinous background checks before joining the team. Our educators all have current Working With Children checks and a First Aid Certificate including Asthma Management and Management of Anaphylaxis.
The staff are offered to participate in regular refresher training that will help them provide better care to children.
Our Educators are committed to the values and principles of the National Quality Framework and the code of Ethics of the Australian Early Childhood Association. Our centre is ideally designed to allow our educators a high level of close supervision and caters to higher staff to child ratios.
Our Directors
Together, they instil a culture of attentive and genuine care in a warm and caring environment for all children to flourish. It is important to note that Darshna and Jignesh are also the owners of the centre. This means that the values and principals that the duo share are also reflected across the management decisions they take.
